Introduction

A quick breakfast. A quick breakfast.
Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    50 grams uncooked burgul
    1 tbsp chia
    1tsp cinnamon (opt.)
    1 large glass of water

    2 cubes of hard cheese (grated or cut into small pieces)
    50 grams bio sheep yogurt (or as you like)

Tips

I use no salt or sugar. If you need it, add it.


Directions

1. Cook the burgul, chia and cinnamon for about 10 minutes, until the burgul/chia has soaked up all the water and become soft.

2. Dish out into two bowls and garnish with the cheese and yogurt.
