IntroductionA quick breakfast. A quick breakfast.
50 grams uncooked burgul
1 tbsp chia
1tsp cinnamon (opt.)
1 large glass of water
2 cubes of hard cheese (grated or cut into small pieces)
50 grams bio sheep yogurt (or as you like)
I use no salt or sugar. If you need it, add it.
2. Dish out into two bowls and garnish with the cheese and yogurt.
