IntroductionCan be used for sandwiches. I use it to stuff fish fillets or cannoli noodles. Can be used for sandwiches. I use it to stuff fish fillets or cannoli noodles.
300 grams salmon (I use salmon heads) cooked.
1 small onion (opt: roasted red pepper)
1 medium/large egg
1 tsp ground coriander seed (freshly ground is better)
1 tsp white pepper
10 - 15 parsley sprigs.
2. Put all ingredients into food chopper and chop fine.
