Introduction

Can be used for sandwiches. I use it to stuff fish fillets or cannoli noodles. Can be used for sandwiches. I use it to stuff fish fillets or cannoli noodles.

Ingredients

    300 grams salmon (I use salmon heads) cooked.
    1 small onion (opt: roasted red pepper)
    1 medium/large egg
    1 tsp ground coriander seed (freshly ground is better)
    1 tsp white pepper
    10 - 15 parsley sprigs.

Directions

1. Boil salmon. If using salmon heads, let cool and afterwards take apart the heads, saving the meat.

2. Put all ingredients into food chopper and chop fine.
