Ingredients

    Egg substitute
    Onion
    Mushrooms
    Spinach
    Salt
    Pepper
    Garlic Powder
    2% Shredded Cheddar Cheese

Directions

Sautee onions, mushrooms and spinach in oven safe skillet
Season egg substitute with salt,pepper and garlic powder
Spread vegetable mixture evenly in skillet
Pour egg over vegetables
Bake at 350 for 30 minutes
Top with 1/2 cup cheddar cheese after removing from oven
