Super easy two ingredient recipe. Even if you decide to have five, it just means you had half a cup of oats and a banana. So you get to eat cookies for breakfast and feel good about it! Super easy two ingredient recipe. Even if you decide to have five, it just means you had half a cup of oats and a banana. So you get to eat cookies for breakfast and feel good about it!
Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    2 ripe bananas
    1 cup oats

Directions

Mash and mix bananas together with oats. You can add raisins, chocolate chips, vanilla, cinnamon, honey, anything you like. But it tastes great just as is too.
Spoon onto greased baking tray in 10 dollops. Flatten with fork. Bake at 180 degrees Celsius for 15 minutes or until firm.

Serving Size: makes 10 cookies
