Ground Beef & Vegetable Stew

Introduction

Easy one pot meal! Easy one pot meal!
Number of Servings: 14

Ingredients

    1 lb. lean ground beef
    1/2 cup onions, chopped
    1 cup celery, diced
    1 cup carrots, sliced
    1 can black beans
    1 can blackeye peas
    1 can diced tomatoes
    1 can cut green beans
    1 can sweet corn
    1 tbsp black pepper
    2 tsp Worcestshire Sauce
    1 -2 cup(s) water

Directions

Brown ground beef with onions and celery. Drain and rinse with warm water to remove fats. Return to pot and add remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil, add seasonings as desired, then cover and reduce heat to a simmer. Simmer for about 30 minutes.

Makes 14 - 1 cup servings!
