Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    1 T olive oil
    1/2 medium onion
    3 cloves of garlic
    6 oz baby carrots diced
    1.5 C diced ham
    4 cans of peas blended well (1 can drained)
    1 box of Swanson chicken broth
    pepper to taste

    **Use low sodium broth and ham for a lower sodium diet.


Tips

portions are just over 1C


Directions

Blend 3 cans of peas (1 can drained) in blender. Saute onion, garlic carrot in olive oil. Add ham to warm through then add peas and broth. Bring to a boil then reduce to a simmer for 20 minutes.
