Ingredients

    1 lb ground turkey
    2 shallots or red onion, chopped
    1 Tbsp fish sauce
    1 Tbsp rice vinegar
    1 clove minced garlic
    1 tsp cayenne
    2 tsp ground lemongrass (mini-prep food processor)
    juice of 2 limes
    3 Tbsp fresh mint
    3 Tbsp fresh cilantro
    1 head of cabbage

Tips

goes together quickly once everything is chopped


Directions

1. grind lemongrass in mini food processor and mix together with fish sauce, rice vinegar, lime juice, garlic and cayenne; set aside

2. chop mint and cilantro; set aside

3. brown turkey with shallots

4. toss all together and serve immediately, wrapped in steamed cabbage leaves
