Ingredients

    Hash Browns frozed - 1 cup
    Ham - cooked, diced - 3/4 cup
    American Cheese - 3 1oz slices
    half & half or milk - 3 Tbsp
    dash of pepper
    salt to taste

    Various: Try adding Mushrooms, Onions, and/or Peppers

Directions

1. combine potatoes, ham in slow cooker.
2. combine cheese, half & half, and seasons. Pour over potatoes.
3. Add any other items (mushrooms, onions, and/or peppers).
4. cover. cook on low 6-8 hours. (If you turn the cooker on when you go to bed, you'll have a wonderfully tasty breakfash in the morning.)
