Bell pepper caps with seeds
Cabbage leaves and stems
onion skins and not so great for cooking onions (not spoiled to the core-maybe dry)
dry garlic cloves
wrinkly sweet potatoes
Use this for your own vegetable stock to make some very delicious soups!
Place in a very large pot and top with water.
Bring to a boil and let simmer for a couple hours.
Strain, let cool to room temperature, and freeze.
Serving Size: Makes 16 one cup servings once boiled down
