Ingredients

1 whole head of cabbage sliced into 8 wedges
8 pieces bacon
Parmesan cheese - about one tbsp per wedge (use grated Parmesan - shredded will not work well)
butter (i used country crock spread)
garlic salt
Tips
Directions
Slice the cabbage into wedges. Spread butter in a thin layer on both sides of the wedge. Wrap wedge with one slice of bacon. shake a little garlic salt over the wedges. wrap each wedge in an aluminum foil packet. Bake at 375 until the cabbage looks done and is starting to turn a little brown.
