1 C. Yellow Cornmeal
1/4 C Sugar
1 T. Baking Powder
1/2 t. Salt
1 C. Skim Milk
1/4 C. Vegetable Oil
1/4 C Honey
2 Eggs

Directions
Heat oven to 400. In medium bowl stir together flour, cornmeal, sugar, baking powder and salt. Stir in remaining ingred. just until moistened. Pour into greased 9" sq. baking pan. Bake for 20-25 min. or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean
