Oatmeal with Hemp Milk

Introduction

A great high-protein, high-fiber breakfast to start your day. A great high-protein, high-fiber breakfast to start your day.
Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    1 cup Oats
    1 cup Hemp Milk
    1 tsp Coconut Oil
    7 Walnut halves chopped
    1/2 cup Blueberries
    1 tsp Honey
    1/2 tsp Salt
    1 tbsp Cinnamon, ground

Directions

Add oats, hemp milk, coconut oil, salt and cinnamon to a pan and bring to a simmer. Add honey and blueberries and look on a low heat for about 5 minutes. Remove from heat and add walnuts.

Serving Size: Makes 2 1-cup servings
