Chicken Divan

Ingredients

    2 c lightly steamed broccoli
    1 c lightly steamed mushrooms
    2 c chopped fully cooked chicken
    can reduced fat cream of mushroom soup
    .5 c reduced fat sour cream
    .25 c chicken broth
    .25 tsp dried mustard
    1 c stuffing
    2 tbsp grated parm cheese


Directions

Place broccoli and mushrooms in the bottom of a 2 quart baking dish and top with chicken.
In a medium sauce pan heat soup, broth and sour cream. Do not boil. Pour soup mixture over chicken. Sprinkle stuffing over soup, top with parmesan cheese. Sprinkle with paprika if desired.
Bake in a 350 degree oven for 20 to 25 minutes or until heated through. Makes 4 servinings.
