    93% lean Ground Beef,12 oz
    Brown Gravy 1 cup
    Onions, 2 slice, chopped
    Garlic, 1 clove chopped
    adobo, 1 tbsp
    Soy Sauce, 1 tbsp
    Worchestire Sauce, 1 tbsp


sautee the onions and garlic then add the ground beef and cook it through. Add the gravy, soy sauce, worch sauce and adobo and simmer for 10 mins. Serve over pasta and veggies for a full meal.
