Chicken Mango Pineapple Kabobs

Ingredients

    1 1/2 lbs chicken breast, cubed
    1 pineapple, peeled and cored, diced into large chunks
    1.5 cups frozen mango chunks
    1 cup red onion, cut into large chunks
    3 Tbsp soy sauce
    1.5 Tbsp lemon juice
    2.5 Tbsp cilantro, chopped
    2 Tbsp honey

Directions

Marinade chicken in soy sauce, lemon juice, cilantro and honey for about 30 minutes.

Place chicken chunks, fruit chunks and onion slices onto kabobs. Grill or bake in oven for 20-25 minutes until done.

Serving Size: Makes 8 kabobs
