saute peppers/onions/mrushrooms for about 10 min, remove from pan add more evoo brown chicken on meat side with salt pepper oregeno then add veg. back to pan and top with 2 cups tomato sauce, 1 cup water, cover and simmer for half hour then cook about 10 min. uncovered to thicken.
