Ingredients

    1Tbsp olive oil
    1 small onion , chopped
    1 cup chopped celery
    1 cup chopped carrots
    1 bunch of broccoli
    4 cups of chicken stock

Directions

Heat the oil and add onions, celery and carrots and cook until tender add broccoli cook for another 5 min. Add chicken stock and bring to a boil for 10 min. Cool. Put into blender. Put the cover on and puree. Makes 4-6 servings.
