3 Pepper Soup

Introduction

Ingredients

    2 bags Kroger Recipe Ready frozen vegetable blend: 3 pepper & onion
    1 lb. ground chuck
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce
    1 8-oz. can tomato sauce
    1 can tomato soup
    3 14-oz cans fat free & lower sodium beef broth
    3 c. water
    1 28-oz can diced tomatoes
    1 c. cooked brown rice
    3-4 beef bouillon cubes
    1 tsp. each basil, oregano, garlic powder, cumin

Directions

Brown ground chuck in large pan. Add both bags of frozen vegetable; stir until vegetable are separated. Add all remaining ingredients and stir. Bring to soft boil, stirring occasionally. Simmer for an hour. Makes 16 serving. Freeze several servings to use later.
