1 Can Publix's No Salt Added Tomato Sauce
.5 Can Hunt'sTomato Paste
1 Can Hunt's Diced Tomatos, No Salt Added
1 Packet Swanson Flavor Boost, Vegetable or Vegetable Stock
2 Tbsp Soy Sauce
3 Cloves Garlic
.5 Onion
Bay leaf
pepper
Oregano
Basil
Onion Powder
Tips
Adding a little soy sauce at the end gives the sauce some good depth to the flavor. If you add it too soon, you risk the sauce becoming too salty.
Directions
Sweat Onions and then add garlic. Add diced tomatos, tomato sauce, stock, bay leaf, and spices. Bring to a boil, then reduce to a simmer for about 20-30 minutes. Add pepper and soy sauce to taste
