Id suggest that you mix the non quinoa ingreadient and water together boefre adding it to the quinoa - esp the tahini which is sometimes a little tricky to mix. This dish goes well with peas and carrots, or broccoli and mushrooms, and add a little hot sauce or red pepper flakes for some heat. - 6/25/14

Love that it's vegan. I used a mix of white and black quinoa. Doubled the garlic (I just love the stuff !!) Added very finely chopped broccoli, cauliflower and onion. Thought I'd died and gone to heaven LOL) !!! You HAVE to try this. - 12/15/13

I rinsed and toasted the Quinoa first. I used a veggie soup base and some knorr veggie mix too. I added sauteed onions and garlic and steamed broccoli. I also used half cheddar and half parm cheese. It is yummy. - 4/3/13
