Ingredients

2 (15.5 Oz) can Red Kidney Beans
1 (14.5 Oz ) can Stewed Tomatoes Original
1 (15.0 Oz ) can Tomatoe Sauce
2 Cloves garlic minced
1 Cup finely chopped onion
2 packets Sazón Goya
2 tbsp Vegetable Oil
Salt to taste
Peper to taste
Directions
1. Sautée garlic and onions in hot vegetable oil until lightly brown.
2. Add both cans of beans (to reduce sodium, wash the beans, but add half a cup of water)
3. Add Tomatoe Sauce
4. Add Stewed Tomatoes (chopp them smaller if desired)
5. Add Sazón Goya
6. Add Salt and Pepper
7. Bring to boil.
8. Let simmer for 1/2 hour or until sauce loses it's shine. Stir every 10 minutes.
Server hot with rice and "Patacones" (Fried Plantains)
