Swiss Steak--modified(chicken)

Introduction

Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    Crock Pot or Large pot
    2 Boneless Skinless Chicken breasts
    1 C Water
    1 Tbsp Olive Oil
    4 (8oz)Cans Tomato Sauce
    4 Tbsp Cider Vinegar
    1 Garlic Clove(optional)
    1 Lg White Onion
    1 Lg Red Bell Pepper
    1 Lg Green Bell Pepper
    Salt and Pepper to taste

Directions

Slice onions and peppers into half inch rounds(break onion layers apart)

Peel and mince onion clove

Coat bottom of a med. size frying pan with olive oil. Cut chicken into large strips and fry until almost done.

Combine onions, bell peppers, garlic, vinegar, tomato sauce, chicken, and water in crock pot.

Mix to combine and evenly coat everything in the sauce mixture.

Cook 4-8 hours on medium(stir occasionaly)

S&P to taste

Makes approx 4 servings depending on size of chicken breasts.
