Family Salad

Introduction

tomatoes, cucumber, peas tomatoes, cucumber, peas
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    5 oz baby spinach, cut
    5 oz romaine lettuce, cut
    1/3 cup onion, diced
    *assorted chopped veggies as desired - frozen peas, corn, olives, tomatoes, peppers, cucumber, zucchini, asparagus, etc...
    3 Tbsp olive oil
    3 Tbsp Bragg Apple Cider Vinegar
    1/2 tsp italian seasoning
    salt & pepper
    1 scoop chia seeds

Directions

Combine veggies in a large bowl. Using an empty jar with a tight lid, add vinegar, oil and italian seasoning. Shake well. Pour over salad, add chia seed and mix well. Let sit 5-10 mins before serving
