Introduction

I love cabbage rolls but didn't have time to make them. I decided by chopping things and putting it in slow cooker it would not be pretty but would have same flavor. Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    1 cup green cabbage, course chopped
    1 lb. ground beef, 90/10
    1 15 oz. can tomato sauce
    1 15 oz. can petite diced tomatoes
    1 cup onion, chopped
    Beef Boullion 1 cup crushed and sprinkled over top
    1/2 tsp each:
    oinion powder
    garlic powder
    salt
    black pepper
    celery salt
    Lemon juice, capful

Tips

We usually serve over 1/2 cup mashed potatoes
Best comfort food EVER!


Directions

Brown ground beef in skillet
Put everything in crock pot
Give a good stir
Turn on Low 6-8 hours or High 3-4 hours
