Oatmeal Cookie Granola

Ingredients

    1/4 cup ground flaxseed
    2 cups rolled oats
    1 cup slivered almonds
    1/4 cup sweetened flaked coconut
    1/4 cup loose brown sugar
    1 1/2 tsp allspice
    1 tsp cinnamon
    1/4 cup coconut oil
    2 Tbsp honey

Directions

Heat oven to 300F. Mix dry ingredients. Melt coconut oil and honey in microwave, add to dry ingredients and toss well. Spread mix onto a lined baking sheet, bake 15 min, stir. Bake another 10 min, stir. Bake an additional 5 min, remove from oven. Granola is done when it is light golden brown, be careful not to let it burn. Let Cool, store in an airtight container for up to two weeks.
