5 bean dip

Number of Servings: 20

Ingredients

    1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
    1 can pinto beans, drained and rinsed
    1 can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
    1 can red kidney beans, drained and rinsed
    1 can butter beans, drained and rinsed
    1 1/2 cups fresh or frozen corn
    2 cans diced tomatoes & chopped green chilies

Tips

Can be eaten with crackers or chips. I usually have whole grain crackers.


Directions

Combine all ingredients in large bowl. Refrigerate for at least an hour before eating to allow flavors to absorb.
