1/2 pkg of Neufchatel cheese (1/3 less fat cream cheese)
1/2 pkg of Fat Free Cream Cheese
1 pkg Imitation Crab, flake style
2 Green Onions, finely chopped including greens
12 Spring Roll Wrappers (90 cals, 0 fat or recalculate for your wrapper)
In mixing bowl, mix softened cheeses, crab & finely chopped green onion. Spoon into spring roll wrapper & roll. Use water to seal wrapper.
Place rolls on sprayed, foil lined cookie sheet, spray tops & bake for 10 minutes.
Serving is for 2 rolls.
