Mj's Wild Rice & Chicken Casserole

Introduction

Variation of SparkRecipes user HealtherLynn's casserole. Variation of SparkRecipes user HealtherLynn's casserole.
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
    2 cups cooked chicken, chopped
    1 cup Wild Rice
    1/4 cup onion, chopped
    2 cups broccoli, chopped
    1 cup mushrooms, sliced
    1/2 cup water chestnuts
    1/3 cup skim milk
    2 1/4 cups boiling water

Directions

In a 9x13 pan mix soup, water, and milk. Stir to combine. Add chicken, wild rice, and onion. Cover tightly. Bake at 350 degrees for 60 minutes or until rice is tender. Uncover and add broccoli, mushrooms, and water chestnuts. Bake 10-15 minutes longer or until the sauce has thickened.

Serving Size: 12 - 3/4 servings
