Introduction

I am loving hummus and this hummus is refreshing but has a bite to it. It's great to dip tortilla chips and lots of veggies or spread on a sandwich. I am loving hummus and this hummus is refreshing but has a bite to it. It's great to dip tortilla chips and lots of veggies or spread on a sandwich.
Number of Servings: 13

Ingredients

    1 15.5 oz. can Garbanzo Beans, drained, rinsed (reserve some of the juice)
    1/2 cup peanut butter
    1/4 tsp salt to taste
    1/2 tsp. stevia (to taste)
    1 tsp. maple syrup
    1 tsp. vanilla extract

Directions

Put all ingredients in a food processor and blend until all mixed well and a smooth consistency. Add 1 tablespoon of reserved juice at a time if it's hard to mix.

Refrigerate for at least an hour before serving.

Makes approx 2 cups. Calculation is 2 tablespoon per serving.
