Ingredients

    1 Bag of Dole Classic Cole Slaw
    1 Red Bell Pepper, sliced
    1 Yellow Bell Pepper, sliced
    1 Green Bell Pepper, sliced
    1 Onion, sliced
    1/4 Cup Wishbone Light Italian Dressing
    1/2 Tsp Ground Cumin
    1/2 Tsp Ground Ginger
    1 Package of Uncle Ben's Whole Grain Brown Ready Rice

Directions

1. Saute the coleslaw, peppers and onion until wilted.

2. Add light Italian dressing, cumin and ginger to pan with vegetables and combine. Simmer for about 5 minutes.

3. Add nuked rice.

Serving Size: Makes 4 1-Cup Servings
