Layered Spinach Salad

Ingredients

    6 cups spinach,
    1 chopped bellpepper
    1 can, water chestnuts
    1 cup peas
    4 hard boiled eggs
    .5 cup mayonnaise
    2 packets Splenda or Stevia
    .5 cup cheddar cheese
    4 pieces turkey bacon
    3 tbsp chives

Directions

In bowl, layer spinach, bellpepper, water chestnuts, peas, and egg. Spread mayonnaise over top and sprinkle on Splenda or Stevia. Add cheddar cheese, bacon and chives on top.
