2 cans Chunk lIght Tuna, drained
2 hard boiled eggs, chopped
1 stalk of celery, chopped
1/4c Miracle Whip
1-2 tsp mustard (I used yellow mustard)
Salt and pepper to taste
Mayo can be substituted, but it will add more fat and calories. Brown, dijon, or spicy mustard could also be used.
Serving Size: Makes about 4 1/2-cup servings
