Submitted by: PUNKIN77

Introduction

This is a variation of the lemony garlic chicken. I didn't have chicken breast, so I used skinless thighs. I didn't have bouillon, so I used cream of chicken soup. And i added a topping of low sodium stuffing. It is AWESOME!!! This is a variation of the lemony garlic chicken. I didn't have chicken breast, so I used skinless thighs. Wow. That's tasty! My husband loved it! If I hadn't added peas the kids probably would have like it too (sigh). I used b/s chicken breasts and cream of mushroom soup as that's all I had and it still tasted great. The lemon makes it!!! - 9/23/08
