    *Fresh Zuchinni and/or Squash, 1 cup
    Mushrooms, fresh, 1 cup, whole
    Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped
    Green Peppers (bell peppers), 0.5 cup, chopped
    Garlic, 3 cloves
    *LaChoy Orange Ginger Stir Fry Sauce, 4 tbsp
    *LaChoy Teriyaki Marinade and Sauce, 1 tbsp
    *Kidney Bean, low sodium, 3.5 cup
    Breakstone Fat Free Sour Cream, 4 tbsp
    *Kraft Parmasan Grated Cheese, 4 tbsp

Directions
