IntroductionMade with 1/2 cup each of oats, cottage cheese and egg whites. Made with 1/2 cup each of oats, cottage cheese and egg whites.
Blend oats til flour-like. Add cottage cheese and egg whites and blend. Cook on medium heat with Pam in non stick skillet til golden brown. Makes 2 servings of 3 pancakes each.
Serving Size: 3 pancakes.
