    Broccoli, fresh, 3 cup, chopped (remove)
    Green Peppers (bell peppers), 3 cup, chopped (remove)
    Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped (remove)
    Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, 4 breast, bone and skin removed (remove)
    *Soy Sauce, .25 cup (remove)
    Water, tap, 1 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)
    Celery, raw, 2 cup, diced (remove)
    Corn Starch, .10 cup (remove)
    Garlic, 2 tsp (remove)

Tips

Serve over whole wheat pasta


Directions

Cut chicken and brown in woc
Remove chicken add veggies
Cook for 10 min on high
Add chicken
Add corn starch, soy sauce, water, and garlic
