Salmon and sun dried tomato waffles

Introduction

Waffle mix but the additions make it original! Waffle mix but the additions make it original!
Number of Servings: 14

Ingredients

    2 cups Selection old fashion pancake and waffle mix
    1 cup milk 1%
    1 cup water
    2 eggs
    2 tbspn sun dried tomatoes - chopped
    1 can pink salmon - drained
    1 tsp epicure chili lime sansel spice
    1 tsp paprika
    1 tsp origano

Tips

Serve warm with hot pepper and sweet pumpkin puree and cheese! ( not in calculation)


Directions

Mix together pancake mix, egg, milk and water. Add spices.
In a separate bowl, mix salmon and dry tomatoes.
Pour pancake mixture on warm waffle maker and sprinkle over each waffle 1 small tbsn of salmon mix. Close and bake.
