Ingredients

Philadelphia Cream Cheese 1/3 less fat, 8 oz (1 pckg)
    Cool Whip Free, 1 tub
Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened, 4 tbsp
Espresso or Strong Coffee, 1 cup
    Vanilla extract, 2 tbsp
*Ladyfingers 24 halves (about 3 oz)
Stevia in the Raw, 1/3 cup
    Cinnamon, ground, 1-2 tsps
    Ginger, ground, pinch

Optional garnish: Drizzle with 1/2 tsp of Hershey's syrup per serving or add chocolate shavings, chocolate coffee beans, strawberry halves, etc.

Directions

Beat cream cheese and stevia in a medium size bowl until light and creamy. Beat in cinnamon, vanilla, ginger, and 3 tbsp of the coffee. Fold whipped topping into cream cheese mixture (should have an almost-mixed marbled effect). Arrange half of the ladyfingers in dish. Pour on half of the remaining coffee until saturated, then sprinkle 1 tbsp. of cocoa powder. Smooth on 1/3 of the cream cheese mixture. Sprinkle with 1 tbsp. cocoa. Smooth on the second 1/3 of cream cheese mixture. Top with remaining ladyfingers and pour on the rest of the coffee. Spoon remaining cream cheese mixture. Sprinkle with cocoa powder until evenly coated. Pat with fork to prevent cocoa from blowing away. Refrigerate overnight or at least 4 hours to set. Garnish as desired.
