Ingredients

    Chicken Thigh, 4 thigh, bone and skin removed(remove)
    *Spaghetti/Marinara Sauce (tomato sauce), 4 cup(remove)
    Onions, raw, 1 slice, large (1/4" thick)(remove)
    Mushrooms, fresh, 4 large(remove)
    Green Peppers (bell peppers), 1 cup, strips



Directions


saute onions, peppers and mushrooms for a couple of minutes in large saute pan with cover....
once soft...put the 4 thighs in with bone still on.. fat skin off...put 2 cans of marinara sauce and add a can of water.. add whatever spices like garlic italian seasoning and even a little sea salt if you want..cover simmer on low around 3-4 for a couple of hours check on it every 30 miutes to make sure the heat is low enough not to burn high enough to cook it... about 2 hours or 2 and half hours the chicken should literally fall off the bone.. take the bones out and stir to break up the chicken... and put over rice or quinoa or pasta depanding on what you like..
