Introduction

Super yummy, GF protein bars Super yummy, GF protein bars
Number of Servings: 16

Ingredients

    1 C oat flour
    2 Scoops protein powder
    2 tsp cinnamon
    0.5 tsp Baking Soda
    0.25 tsp salt
    .125 tsp allspice
    .125(1/8) tsp nutmeg
    4 egg whites
    .25 C Sweetener
    8 oz mashed fruit/veggie
    4 oz liquid

Tips

I use Truvia, and since that is super sweet, I only use a couple of TBSP, so just experiment a bit. You can use vanilla, chocolate or other flavor of protein powder. The nutrition for this is based on using chocolate Muscle Milk powder, and using chocolate Almond Breeze, so, if you use different ingredients, change accordingly.


Directions

Mix all ingredients and bake at 350 until cooked through, time varies depending on how much liquid you add, fruit used etc. Check after 20 minutes.
