1 lb. chicken tenderloins, thighs, and/or tenderloins
1 can fat-free cream of mushroom soup
1 c. salsa
1 package taco or enchilada seasoning mix
1 can black beans
sour cream or yogurt
Top with a dollop of sour cream or yogurt as it is served.
Sprinkle seasoning mix onto chicken
Combine soup and salsa, pour over chicken
Slow cooker on high 4 hours or low 6 hours
Add black beans 1 hour before serving
Serve over rice or noodles
