    Ground beef, lean, 16 oz (remove)
    *Refried beans, ROSARITA, refried beans, traditional, 1.5 cup (remove)
    Cheddar or Colby Cheese, Low Fat, 2.5 cup, shredded (remove)

brown ground beef
season with cumin, chili powder, garlic, salt, peeper
roll out dough on coockie sheet
spread beans
sprinkle cooked ground beef
sprinkle cheese
roll
pinch ends closed
bake 350 degrees F
cool and slice
serve with lettuce tomato onion salsa and LF sour cream.
