Ingredients

    Apples, fresh, 1 medium
    Banana, fresh, 1 medium
    Cantaloupe, 1 cup, cubes
    Grapes, 1 cup, seedless
    Cinnamon, ground, 3 shakes
    Cocoa, dry powder, 2 pinches
    Vanilla extract, 1/4 tsp

    *Optional: a pinch of Stevia in the Raw for sweetness or lemon juice for freshness

Tips

Use as little or as much seasoning as desired. Mine was very minimal. Just a few pinches and dashes.

Directions

Chop ingredients to be homogenous size (easiest if they are the size of the grapes). Garnish with spices. If desired, sift spices in a separate dish.
