Introduction

A cereal mix. Use raw and hulled seeds and nuts. A cereal mix. Use raw and hulled seeds and nuts.

Ingredients

    1 cup each of the following:
    pumpkins seeds
    sesame seeds
    flax seed (milled or ground)
    chia seed
    sunflower seeds
    cashew nuts
    pistachio nuts
    almonds

Tips

Vary seeds and nuts to taste and availability. I use only raw seeds and nuts. Serve over apple sauce for breakfast.


Directions

Mix together all the seeds and nuts. Store in a large jar.
