Introduction

Ingredients



    Egg, fresh, 1 large
    Egg White (Naturegg Simply Egg Whites) 0.5 cup
    Butter, unsalted, 0.15 tbsp
    Olive Oil, 1 gram
    Salt dash
    Pepper dash

Directions

Beat the egg with the eggwhites, salt and pepper. Spray a small frying pan with oil and melt the butter over medium heat. When the butter stops hissing, pour in the eggs. Keep pulling the egg mix back from the edges and into the middle as it sets until there is no more loose liquid. Put any filling onto half the omelet and fold the other half over it. Slide onto a plate.
