Light Peanut Ginger Dressing

Introduction

Modified WW recipe to us PB2 - delicious and light on nappa cabbage! Modified WW recipe to us PB2 - delicious and light on nappa cabbage!

Ingredients

    Nakano Seasoned Rice Vinegar, 2 tbsp
    Kikkoman Low Sodium Soy Sauce, 2 tbsp
    PB2 (Powdered Peanut Butter)- Bell Plantation, 3 tblsp
    Sesame Oil, 1 1tsp
    Ginger Root, ~ 1 tblsp grated
    Brown Sugar, 1 tblsp packed

Tips

May omit Sesame oil and add 1/2 teaspoon to salad when serving, toss to coat


Directions

Combine all ingredients and blend in small blender, with stick blender or in shaker

Serving Size: Makes approx 6 tblspn, Nutritionsl info base on 3 servings for 2+ tblsp each serving
