    boneless skinless chix breast
    flour
    salt/pepper
    fresh basil
    canned plum tomatos (or reg.)
    olive oil
    butter
    capers
    Kalamata olives pitted
    Spinach

Tips

I serve over instant mashed potatoes.


Directions

sautee onion
Add the tomatos olives, capers, spinach and basil simmer for 5 min. remove
dredge chicken in Flour, brown in skillet with butter until golden brown
