Venison Chili

Ingredients

    1.5# ground venison
    1 onion chopped
    2 cans diced tomatoes
    1 can red kidney beans
    1 can chili beans
    3 TBSP chili powder
    1 green pepper chopped
    garlic powder to taste


Tips

Cooking longer will thicken and increase taste. Enjoy!


Directions

Brown the venison with the onion and green pepper. Drain well.

Add all else. Cover and cook 10 minutes stirring frequently.

Uncover and add water if desired along with cornmeal. Cook at least 10 minutes more to allow flavors to blend.

Ladle into bowls and garnish with peppers.
