AllRecipes Oven Fried Parmesan Chicken

Ingredients

    * 2 crushed Clove of Garlic
    * 6 Tbsp Melted Smart Balance Omega Plus Buttery Spread
    * 1 cup Panko Plain Breadcrumbs
    * 1/3 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
    * 2 Tbsp Parsley
    * 1 Tsp No Salt potassium chloride salt substitute
    * 1/8 Tsp ground Black Pepper
    * 8 Chicken Thighs, boneless & skinless

Directions

1 - Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
2 - Mix crushed garlic with the melted butter in a shallow glass dish or bowl. Mix the bread crumbs, cheese, parsley, salt and pepper in another bowl. Dip chicken thighs into garlic butter, then into crumb mixture to coat.
3 - Place coated chicken thighs into a lightly greased 9x13 inch baking dish. Drizzle with remaining garlic butter and bake uncovered in the preheated oven for 1 to 1-1/4 hours, or until chicken is cooked through and juices run clear.

Serving Size: Makes 8 chicken thighs
