Chicken and cauliflower curry

Introduction

Any vegetables can be used, or none. Any vegetables can be used, or none.

Ingredients

    Chicken Breast, no skin, 128 grams
    Curry powder, 2 tbsp
    Ketchup, low sodium. 2 tbsp
    Freeze Dried Onion Flakes, 2 tbsp
    Garlic, dried, 0.5 tsp
    Cauliflower, raw, 1 cup
    Water 1 cup

Directions

Cut the chicken into cubes and saute in a little water. Add the curry powder and saute more (5 min). Add all other ingredients except the water and the cauliflower and saute 5 min more. Add water and cauliflower. Reduce heat and simmer until cauliflower is tender, about 20 min.

Serving Size: Makes 2 servings
